Characteristics

JCV-1600 displacement joints are made with neoprene and are reinforced with A36 steel. They are deviced that allow large movements between two parts of structure. Resistant to extreme environmental conditions. Designed for heavy vehicle traffic and movement produced by extreme environmental conditions, such as strong winds and eathquakes.

– Its design facilitates a silent traffic, it is designed for board joints

– Provides an effective seal between the gasket and the pavement.

– It has a carved surface that prevents the surface from being slippery, even in rain.

Materials

– Inner plate and shafts of ASTM A36 steel

– Vulcanized high quality neoprene rubber

Applications

– Expansion joints have different uses, the most common application is for bridges or for construction.
